Titan Ten - Lane Community College XC/Track and Field

Eugene, OR - 9/24/08 - LCC Head XC Coach Travis Floeck and athlete Travis Stevens demonstrate the core routine "The Titan Ten". This is a standard core workout that the athletes at Lane do everyday, on top of other core workouts they do. This is the minimum. It was created with hopes to prevent injuries runners commonly encounter for compensating for weaker areas of the body, specifically their core.
